Annotation:  Larry Godnick takes the reader on a wild ride from the Big Bang Theory to Egypt, early Athens and beyond as he recaps the evolution of everything.  This densely filled history book is illustrated with pen and ink drawings and printed on medium-weight parchment paper stock.  Cartoon History of the Universe is a good selection to add into the library in order to round off the material on drawing and cartooning.
